1. What are your rates?

Rates vary from the type of suite to the days of the week and the period or season. Call our reservation desk at 1.800.992.9007 or check with our online availability tool to verify rates and availability.

2. Are there minimum stay requirements?

Minimum stay requirements are usually required during peak periods such as Christmas and New Year, Spring break, and summer holidays and labour day, at which time 3 night minimums are in effect.

3. What are your cancellation policies?

Cancellation policies are as follows;

Regular Cancellations:

21 days prior to arrival : No fee
14-21 days : 10% cancellation fee
7-14 days : 25 % cancellation fee
0-7 days : 50% cancellation fee.

Holiday and Spring Break Cancellations:

21 days prior to arrival : 10% cancellation fee
14-21 days : 25% cancellation fee
7-14 days : 50 % cancellation fee
0-7 days : 100% cancellation fee.

4. Is there parking next to the unit?

Yes, each unit is assigned one parking space.

5. Are there plates, utensils and cookware in the suites?

Yes, all suites come fully equipped and include, plates, utensils, cookware.

6. Are linens and towels provided?

Yes, all linens are included according to the bedding (including sofa bed) in each unit.
